Vehicle and Tuning Information

We may collect information about your car, truck, SUV, or motorcycle, including VIN, year, make, model, trim, engine information, current modifications, fuel type, tuning goals, requested services, diagnostic information you provide, and other details relevant to evaluating or performing tuning services.

Website and Technical Information

Our website and quote form may collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, date and time of submission, referring source, advertising campaign parameters, and basic server logs. We use this information to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and understand which sources lead customers to us.

Transaction and Service Records

If you become a customer, we may maintain quotes, invoices, appointment information, service history, calibration or file information, correspondence, and other records reasonably necessary to provide and document our services.

Our online tuning-request form does not require you to provide Social Security numbers, health information, passwords, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information. Please do not submit information that is not reasonably necessary for your tuning or service request.

3. Vin Lookup And Vehicle Data

If you use our VIN lookup feature, the VIN may be transmitted to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Vehicle Product Information Catalog (vPIC) or another vehicle-data provider used by us to obtain vehicle identification information.

Information returned by a VIN service may be incomplete or inaccurate and is used as an identification aid only. We may independently verify vehicle, ECU, TCU, engine, software, calibration, or protection-status information before performing work.

4. Telegram And Other Service Providers

To help us respond quickly to new requests, information submitted through our online form may be transmitted to a private Eagle Tuning account or group through the Telegram Bot API. This may include your name, phone number, email address, VIN, vehicle information, modifications, and requested services.

We may also use hosting providers, email providers, communications services, analytics or security providers, payment processors, vehicle-data providers, and other vendors that process information on our behalf or provide services necessary to operate our business. We seek to limit information provided to service providers to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable service.

5. Sale, Targeted Advertising, And Large Language Model Training

We do not sell your name, phone number, email address, VIN, or tuning-request information for money.

We do not use or sell personal information submitted through our tuning-request or contact forms for the purpose of training large language models.

At the time of this Policy, personal information submitted through our tuning-request form is not used by us for unrelated third-party targeted advertising. We may record referral or campaign information to determine which advertisement or source brought you to our website.

If our practices materially change in a way that requires additional disclosures, consent, or opt-out mechanisms under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide the required choices.

6. Calls, Text Messages, And Email

When you voluntarily provide a phone number or email address and submit a tuning or service request, you authorize us to contact you about that request, including by phone, text message, or email. These communications may include responses to your inquiry, scheduling, service updates, quote information, and other communications related to our existing or requested business relationship.

Submitting a tuning request does not by itself constitute consent to receive unrelated automated promotional or marketing text messages where separate consent is required by law. Where separate marketing consent is required, we will request it separately.

You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when reasonably necessary to complete an active request or transaction.
