By using our website or submitting an online request, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit the form or use website features that require acceptance of these Terms.
1. Website And Online Request Purpose
Our website and online forms are provided to allow prospective and existing customers to request information concerning tuning, diagnostics, calibration, pricing, availability, and related services.
Submitting a form is a request for information only. It does not automatically create an appointment, form a service contract, guarantee that we will accept the vehicle for tuning, guarantee a price, authorize work on the vehicle, or require payment.
2. Accurate Information Is Required
You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information when submitting a request. This includes your real first and last name, a working phone number, a valid email address, and accurate vehicle information to the best of your knowledge.
Requests submitted with usernames, nicknames in place of an identifiable name, intentionally false contact information, invalid phone numbers, invalid email addresses, intentionally false VINs, or materially misleading vehicle information may be rejected without response.
You are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant vehicle information, including modifications, fuel being used, prior tuning, known mechanical or electrical issues, warning lights, ECU/TCU replacement or programming history, and other facts that may materially affect tuning eligibility or safety.
3. Vin And Vehicle Identification
VIN decoding and online vehicle-identification information are provided for convenience and may be based on government or third-party data. Such information can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
A VIN lookup does not guarantee identification of the exact ECU, TCU, software version, calibration ID, engine configuration, tuning protection status, or installed hardware.
Eagle Tuning may require additional identification, diagnostic scans, control-module identification, logging, inspection, or other verification before recommending or performing tuning work.
4. Quotes, Pricing, And Availability
Website content, estimates, advertised gains, messages, and preliminary quote information are subject to verification. Final pricing may depend on vehicle condition, model year, control-module type, unlock requirements, modifications, fuel, diagnostic findings, labor, third-party services, and the actual scope of work.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quote, invoice, or service authorization:
- website information is not a binding price quote;
- estimated power or torque gains are not guaranteed;
- parts, third-party unlocking, shipping, diagnostic work, dyno time, or additional calibration work may be charged separately; and
- availability and turnaround times are estimates and may change.
5. Vehicle Eligibility And Right To Refuse Service
Eagle Tuning may decline, postpone, stop, or condition tuning work when we reasonably believe the vehicle has mechanical, electrical, software, fueling, safety, or configuration issues that make the requested service inappropriate or unsafe.
Examples may include low compression, misfires, fuel-system faults, overheating, boost leaks, ignition problems, transmission faults, incompatible hardware, an unsupported ECU/TCU, an unknown previous tune, inadequate fuel quality, or other conditions discovered before or during evaluation.
Diagnostic or labor charges, if any, will be governed by the price or authorization disclosed for that diagnostic or labor service.
6. Nature And Risks Of Performance Tuning
Performance tuning changes the operating calibration of a vehicle. Depending on the vehicle and requested service, tuning may change engine output, torque, throttle response, boost pressure, ignition timing, fueling, transmission behavior, rev or speed limits, thermal load, exhaust behavior, and other operating characteristics.
You acknowledge that increased performance can increase stress on the engine, transmission, clutch, drivetrain, cooling system, turbocharger or supercharger, ignition system, fuel system, tires, brakes, and other components. Component condition, maintenance history, fuel quality, environmental conditions, driving behavior, and aftermarket modifications can affect results and reliability.
Performance results vary. Horsepower, torque, acceleration, dyno, road-dyno, or logging figures may vary depending on measurement equipment, correction factors, weather, fuel, tire condition, drivetrain losses, vehicle condition, and test methodology.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed writing, no exact horsepower, torque, acceleration, fuel-economy, or performance result is promised.
7. Manufacturer Warranty, Insurance, And Vehicle Value
Aftermarket tuning or modification may affect manufacturer or third-party warranties, service contracts, insurance coverage, inspection eligibility, resale value, or dealer software-update procedures.
Eagle Tuning does not control decisions made by vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, insurers, inspection authorities, lenders, or warranty administrators.
You are responsible for reviewing any warranty, insurance, financing, lease, inspection, or other contractual restrictions applicable to your vehicle before authorizing modifications.
8. Emissions, Road Use, And Legal Compliance
Nothing on our website or in these Terms authorizes the use, installation, modification, disabling, or operation of any vehicle or feature in violation of federal, state, or local law, including applicable emissions, inspection, noise, registration, or safety requirements.
The legality and availability of a requested calibration, feature, or modification may depend on the vehicle, its intended use, and the jurisdiction in which it is registered or operated. We may refuse a requested feature or service when we determine it cannot lawfully or appropriately be provided.
You are responsible for operating your vehicle lawfully and for determining the rules applicable to registration, inspection, emissions compliance, track use, competition use, or public-road use in your jurisdiction.
9. Ecu/Tcu Programming, Unlocking, And Third-Party Services
Certain vehicles may require control-module unlocking, bench programming, shipping, third-party processing, or other procedures before tuning can be performed. When applicable, those requirements and associated charges will be explained separately.
Software updates, dealership programming, module replacement, battery or electrical failures, third-party tuning, or other later changes may overwrite, alter, relock, or make a prior calibration unavailable. Restoration, re-unlocking, reprogramming, or additional tuning after such an event may require additional work or charges unless expressly covered by a written agreement.
10. Dyno, Logging, Inspection, And Road Testing
Submitting the website form alone does not authorize Eagle Tuning to operate, dyno-test, road-test, disassemble, program, or modify your vehicle. Any such work is subject to separate customer authorization or an accepted service arrangement.
When dyno testing, logging, diagnostic driving, or road testing is part of an authorized service, the vehicle must be in a condition reasonably suitable for that testing. We may stop testing if a safety, mechanical, tire, fluid, temperature, fueling, or other concern is identified.
11. Customer-Supplied Or Aftermarket Hardware
We do not guarantee the quality, compatibility, authenticity, installation, or performance of customer-supplied or third-party parts.
If a tuning issue is caused by defective, improperly installed, incompatible, counterfeit, damaged, or incorrectly configured hardware, additional diagnostic or calibration work may be required.
12. Refunds, Guarantees, And Warranties
Any refund policy, money-back guarantee, performance guarantee, service warranty, or other warranty applies only when expressly offered in writing for the specific service and is subject to the conditions stated in that written offer, invoice, service paperwork, or authorization.
These website Terms do not eliminate any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. They also do not create a warranty for tuning or repair work beyond any warranty expressly provided in the applicable service documentation.
13. Communications
By voluntarily providing your phone number or email address and submitting a request, you consent to Eagle Tuning contacting you about that request or an existing business relationship by phone, text message, or email. This may include quote follow-up, scheduling, appointment information, service updates, and transaction-related communications.
Your submission does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated automated promotional or marketing text messages where separate consent is required by law. If we offer optional marketing communications, any legally required marketing consent will be obtained separately. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not control the availability, security, content, or independent practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Limitation Of Liability For Website Use
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrTechnologySolutions LLC and Eagle Tuning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on general website information.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and disputes concerning use of our website are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law, disputes concerning these website Terms may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Connecticut.
21. Severability And No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure by us to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
22. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted unless a different effective date is stated. The "Last Updated" date above identifies the most recent revision.
