Before you choose

Eagle ECO reshapes the low- and mid-range torque curve for everyday response. It is not a claim that torque exists without power; physics does not allow that.

The honest distinction
If torque rises at the same RPM, power rises at that point too. Peak horsepower can still remain near stock when added torque is concentrated lower in the rev range and progressively tapered at higher RPM.

Everyday response
More low- and mid-range torque can reduce the need to downshift and makes partial-throttle driving feel stronger.

Deliberate restraint
High-RPM load can remain closer to stock, so the tune targets drivability instead of chasing the largest peak-power number.

No magic fuel claim
Lower RPM and a higher gear may improve efficiency. Use the extra torque frequently and fuel use can increase instead.
Actual results depend on the engine, transmission, fuel, hardware, condition and driving style. Fuel savings are not guaranteed; every calibration must stay within the confirmed mechanical and thermal limits of the vehicle.
